1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipping may take longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.
2. Shipping Locations
- We ship nationwide within Pakistan.
- We also offer international shipping to selected countries including Gulf countries, USA, and other regions, subject to customs regulations.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and courier rates.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
- Free shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned on the product page or promotional offers.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available only within Pakistan and in selected cities.
- International orders are prepaid only (credit/debit card or other online payment methods).
- For COD orders, please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid cancellation.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s official tracking system.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- If your shipment is delayed or lost, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Returns Due to Non-Acceptance
- If an order is returned due to customer non-availability or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
